Training people. Creating jobs. Shaping the future.

Knowledge becomes work. Work becomes a future.

Our project in Cameroon combines vocational training with practical employment. Young people learn professions in the fields of water, solar energy and agriculture and apply their knowledge directly in real-world projects. This creates not only skilled professionals, but also jobs, income and new opportunities for the local community.

Practical training and employment for young people in Cameroon

In many regions of Cameroon, young people have only limited access to hands-on vocational training and real employment opportunities. At the same time, the demand for qualified professionals in key sectors of the future, such as water supply, solar energy, battery storage and agriculture, continues to grow.

Because education and practical professional skills are essential foundations for sustainable economic development, we place particular emphasis on directly linking training with practical work.

Our project trains young Cameroonians in a range of future-oriented professions. The knowledge and skills they acquire are not taught only in theory, but are applied directly in practical projects. In the field of solar energy, for example, this includes the installation and maintenance of solar systems as well as working with battery storage systems. In the areas of water and agriculture, participants also acquire practical skills that open up concrete career opportunities.

In this way, the project creates not only qualified professionals, but also jobs, income and new opportunities for the local community. Young people are given the chance to find employment or become self-employed using the skills they have acquired.

At the same time, the project creates new opportunities for long-term cooperation between Cameroon and Europe. European companies, professionals and institutions can contribute their knowledge, technologies and experience and work together with local partners to develop sustainable solutions and new economic opportunities.

Knowledge becomes work. Work becomes a future.

Support in the form of donations, technical equipment, expertise, training opportunities or partnerships is warmly welcomed. Partnerships with companies and professionals in the fields of solar energy, battery storage, water technology, agriculture and vocational training are particularly valuable.
